Hi there! I am thrilled to introduce our business, James-Lucas Construction, LLC. We’re a tight-knit, family-owned business rooted in the South Hills of Pittsburgh. With over 40 years of experience in the industry, we specialize in providing high-quality services for residential and commercial projects.

As cofounder, I have been immersed in the field since a young age, as I grew up completing demo, framing, and drywall. From there I pursued a formal education in architecture at the University of Pittsburgh, learned the ins and outs of the industry, and honed my skills through the years of hands-on experience. During this time, I met my wife and have been happily married for over 28 years with two beautiful children.
This unique combination of practical knowledge and academic expertise sets us apart from the competition.

Originally from Jefferson Hills, PA, my journey has led me from the football field to the world of home remodeling, filled with a passion for transforming houses into homes.
My roots lie in the world of sports, where I excelled as an Offensive Lineman for the Pitt Panthers and the Oakland Raiders. But life had even greater plans for me.
Growing up I watched my father build our home and remodel rental properties. He was a union carpenter with a construction business.
In 2018, I embraced a new challenge and, together with my uncle, established James-Lucas Construction. What began with small projects in the South Hills quickly blossomed into a thriving business, covering the greater Pittsburgh area.
At the core of my work is an unwavering commitment to honesty, hard work, and exceptional customer service. I take immense pride in perfecting my craft, and every project I undertake is infused with dedication and joy.
